I attempted to withdraw $75 from this casino but the request was rejected. When I inquired via chat I was informed there is a $100 min to withdraw, however the withdraw screen clearly shows a $1 min to withdraw. Also, nowhere in the T&C does it state there is a $100 min (only $100 max). I asked the chat agent to provide a link to where it states the minimum is $100 min and her reply was she has informed the "concern" team to update the site and to continue playing until I reach $100. I based my decision to deposit & play at this casino due to the lower withdrawal limit; had I known the min was $100 I would not have deposited in the first place. I do not consider it fair to reject my withdrawal when I followed all of the rules for play under their posted terms. I attempted to upload a screenshot of the withdrawal screen but its saying "Attachment upload has failed"; I can provide that along with a copy of the terms currently posted on the site

Please understand that limits for deposits and withdrawals are not managed by the casino exclusively. The payment providers may impose limits on the transactions. Have you tried to communicate an option to deposit more funds into your account, and without completing mandatory deposit wagering, to request a new withdrawal? Were your winnings accumulated with or without an active bonus, please?

The winnings were accumulated from a free-spin bonus but all of the play-through was completed. If this were a licensed casino I would certainly entertain depositing more funds to withdraw, however I do not have faith I would ever see those funds back even if they agreed to it.

Thank you, g2h76ftmtc, for your reply. Please understand that in the majority of casinos you will be asked to place a real money deposit before withdrawing any free bonus winnings. This is to verify your payment method. I have checked the terms and conditions, and this is what I found (here):


"Prior to any withdrawal being allowed on the first claim of a free player bonus or free spins, a player must have made a deposit that is at least equal to 50% of the free bonus value. I.e.: If you claim $250 Free, have met stipulated playthrough requirements and have money to withdraw, you must make a deposit of at least $125 before the withdrawal will be processed.

Player’s that have never deposited at the casino, may only make a withdrawal on any bonus, free spins or loyalty points, once a real money deposit has been made by the player."


I'm afraid you need to place a real money deposit in order to withdraw your winnings. Please let me know how you wish to proceed.

My apologies, I should have been more clear in my last reply. I had made a deposit of $21.08 on 10/25/2022 & redeemed the free-spin coupon they sent me on 10/26/2022 (the spins show up with a value of $8.75 in my account history). I have deposited here before and have already been verified.
