This casino is a scam. I’ve tried to withdraw several times, but of course they don’t do it in any reasonable time. So you end up spending it back and now I’m trying to get it withdrawal processed and they tell me they don’t have my documents. I already sent them weeks ago. They always say that it’s BS! Juicy Vegas is a scam casino, a few weeks back, never opted in for any bonus, my account was already verified, I already withdrew $120 the week before, went to withdraw $100 and I was denied, they wanted me to deposit another $25 and they would release my funds. I already made a deposit of $20, again, no bonus, I won being fair, So being verified had nothing to do with asking me to deposit again, I didn't take a bonus, I didn't have any wagering to meet. Closed my account from this crooked casino and I wasn't falling for their scam. With $100 still in my account I am informing to stay away from these scammers.

Read bonus terms and conditions carefully before joining/depositing. For example, for no max cashout match bonuses (under 100% deposit match), once you complete wagering you must immediately cashout. If you continue to play any winnings will be void. Never came across this before.

I was very skeptical about this casino at first....especially after reading these horrible reviews HOWEVER, I was drawn to the fact that this casino allowed you to redeem no deposit bonuses at no limit and did not penalize you by denying a withdrawal because you took advantage of the no deposit bonuses. I know this first hand because I just received a $650 payout after using several of their no deposit bonuses. Not one mention about the fact. The payout was after redeeming one of their deposit bonuses and the terms weren't that favorable as there was a max on the amount I could request but I also learned that they DO also have better bonuses with no max cashout etc. If you don't see one under their promotions hop in to chat and simply ask. Support is amazing!!! They will almost always give you the best option for what you prefer and they always throw in extra free spins. I am so glad I didn't bypass this casino. I need to withdraw the money I won have not been able to because they only do wire transfers and then don't explain what I actually need they had been refusing to help me the customer service chat thing is ridiculous I had to get to a certain amount they told me I had to have a minimum of $100 in order to withdraw but no that's the maximum you can Withdraw. My balance was over $700 when I reach the amount I had to play which was a lot my balance went down to 99.and havent bern able to cashout

I WON AFTER SPENDING 20 DOLLARS AND TRIED YO WITHDRAWAL $100 DOLLARS MY WITHDRAWAL was approved and they told me it would be 3 to 5 business days and I would receive my funds it has now been at least 15 business days and they are not doing anything to help me I have asked them to fix this and they have told me over and over to keep waiting that it shows paid on there end lol I know I gave my correct banking information because it was copied and pasted from my account information so I know that I did everything right and they are just taking peoples money and giving nothing back.

Worse casino I’ve ever played in. Won money and was never paid, they canceled my withdrawal twice, first time they said I hadn’t sent the documents they had requested (which I had sent from day one) the second time they canceled my withdrawal because they said I had received too many bonuses, and this seemed like I was doing fraud. (I didn’t credit my account with those bonuses myself), their customer service is very bad, it seems like nobody there knows what on earth they are doing. Don’t waste your money or your time here, it’s really not worth it.

I received a flyer via U.S. mail, it said get 100 dollars free so I did it and thought hey I'll give it a try.. I brought several bonus packages, like almost 400 dollars worth not knowing that all those bonus I would have to work off before I could ever begin to have positive gains,I worked off about 21,000 in bonus money took me about a week to do so.. so after that smoke cleared, I was up 2500 dollars and decided to cash out, as I didn't want to risk losing the little money that I had.. once I cashout, my 2500 instantly dropped to 640 dollars wich added more insult, but I was like ok I can live with a almost 300 dollar profit if that is what it's come down to. This was about 3 weeks ago, I did everything they told me to do, all the underhanded shit they take you through just to receive your money, that they didn't make you do to take your money.. they said they processed my cash out and it would be 3 to 5 business days and that I would have my money by the end of the week... well that was almost 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received my money, the customer service has stopped responding to my emails and answering the phone or calling back.. I wouldn't receive this shit to anyone, and the government needs to stop them from advertising through the mail as I just found out that they don't even have a license, but when this big pretty flyer comes in the mail you kinda assume that it's legit..
