I am waiting for my deposit.i did deposit from my end through the btc wallet from my binance and it was sucessfull from my end but now 10 days still not showing that deposit in my casino account.i asked about every time and they ignoring this matter and asked me to send proof and walket address so i send them 6 times of 6 days,but yesterday they suddenly locked my account even still they dident send me any mail of that.i cant log in and deposit nothing.i am worried about money i spen this scam casino.why they playing with players money.all the proof i send i clearly mention everything and they dont want to put it money in my account and locked my account.this is really fake casino.


I asked them ineed my money back noreply yet.

Dear Gayathrie, if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.

I am looking my depoit and its all good and confirm transection.juicy vegas casino team playing with me about i am not taking depoits and its all get false.with all the proof i send them still they cannot my transection.that was really disappointed about my money because with proof recipts why they canot check their wallet address its shows there wallet address clearly mention.but they are allready blocked my account nowi dont have access in mu account no reply for my emails.there are really sscammers.this is the address showing blue colour circle i deposit and its clearly shows my deposit time,date,and amount.

so why they cant resolve this matter with my proof how i resolve this matter. if they are not replying me.ths is really easy to resolve check this proof and check bkue circle wallet address then you can find the transection.please.

Yes i allready conatact mu payment provide and the transection sucessfully made to casino.but there are scammers like blocked account for same day. i questioning about my deposit then without any email or nothing from there side they blocked my account.from then still blocked and no reply for my any email.


I have all the proof for this case and i send my sucessfull transfer proof but never they react like a scammers.
