The Australian player had encountered technical issues while playing, which caused automatic logouts and errors during gameplay. Despite previous assurances that the problems had been solved, they persisted. The player sought to have the casino credit $400 back to her account to redeposit when the site was fixed. We had requested additional information from the player to investigate the claim, but the player had not responded. As a result, we were unable to proceed with the investigation and had to reject the complaint.

I was playing on on Sunday deposited $100 aud + got the 300% bonus won up to $4000 each time during game play the casino website sign me out or there would be an error. Chat to support showed the screenshot and ask for a refund of just the credit of $400 x 30 wager back. Was reassured on Wednesday that it the site and game was fixed for the refund credited back into the casino account. Logged in played 3 games and same thing happen less than 1min and other game around 15-20mins. I Still have $65 remaining asked the casino to credit back to $400 and that I won’t play until it’s the slots and website is fixed but this time they refuse even when they did it the first time. I have the screenshots and transcript from the casino chat for money credit back when the games and site works fine again. But nothing works I just bet and get error or logged off the website .
