I wanted to verify myself last night and they won't accept my account details. I deposited my bank card and also the last deposit. Then they didn't want a screenshot, so I changed that, which wasn't okay. Then I uploaded it as a pdf which wasn't okay either.
Unfortunately I don't know anymore.
Ich wollte mich gestern Abend verifizieren und die lassen meine Konto Daten nicht zu. Ich habe meine Bankkarte hinterlegt und dazu auch die letzte Einzahlung. Dann wollten sie keinen Screenshot, dann habe ich das geändert was au nicht okay war. Dann hab ich es als pdf hochgeladen was auch wieder nicht okay war.
Ich weiß leider nicht mehr weiter.

Did casino support indicate what is wrong with the document or what are the requirements for it to be accepted?

So I took a screenshot of the last deposit and then converted it to a pdf file. Also they wanted the last deposit, bank name and data all in one pdf file and on one page. How is that supposed to look like and how does it work? Our support colleagues aren't really helping
