The player from the UK, after having been granted VIP status, had noticed irregular transactions on the casino site. She had queried the casino's live chat about their acceptance of UK players. Initially, the casino had confirmed they did, but later retracted their statement. The player had requested a refund for all losses, but the casino had closed her account. Despite the player's request, we had been unable to assist as the complaint had pertained to licensing regulations, which were outside our jurisdiction. The complaint had ultimately been rejected, and the player had been advised to refer to our casino reviews for licensing information before choosing a casino in the future.

joined casino, verified account using UK driving licence and was allowed to deposit multiple times was even given VIP status. Noticed deposits were going to different merchants, checked reviews and asked on live chat did they take players from UK which they replied yes, when I challenged this they then said no, with this information I asked them to refund all my losses, they then closed account.
