The player from the United Kingdom found it unfair that the casino accepted deposits but did not allow withdrawals for UK players. This casino freely allowed me to set up an account and deposit without any issue


only after looking online did I realise that they apparently do not accept players from the UK to withdraw.. I think it is hugely unfair that they accept deposits from uk players but do not allow withdrawals… as such I wagered everything on my account. I am seeking a refund of all my deposits as this is poor practice.



On top of this they do not claim the payments as Jokabet- instead using other merchant names to facilitate transactions. This made it impossible for me to to track how much I had deposited

However, I'd like to inform you that we accept the situation when the casino allows players from restricted countries to open an account as long as they don’t use this as an opportunity to later cancel the player’s legitimate winnings. In other word, if the casino allows players from restricted countries to deposit and play, they should pay out their winnings as well. 

Therefore, I would like to emphasize, that we investigate further and help only those players, whose funds (or winnings) have been confiscated due to being from a restricted country.

  • Could you please advise whether your winnings or other funds were confiscated as a result of your being from a restricted country?
  • Could you please share any evidence supporting your case?

my problem is that the t&cs claim they do not allow UK players to play so I cancelled my withdrawals and played out my balance as I was aware that I would not be able to

withdraw..


this is shady / underhand practice and I have reached out to the casino directly to resolve this..


they should make it clear at the beginning their stance regarding UK players


please therefore escalate this complaint further

On top of this I closed my account due to their illegal practices and still receive daily emails and phone calls trying to get me to deposit and play more..


they should not be actively targeting Uk players as their own t&cs state they cannot play.


i would like to speak to a representative of Jokabet so that we can come to an arrangement with regard to this complaint

Yes I have attempted to opt out of marketing communications.


my issue is that they should not allow uk players to deposit on the site if they are not able to withdraw as per their own t&cs … this is not a fair way of treating customers…


please escalate this to the casino rep on here so they can see it … I have sent numerous emails to jokabet and received no reply…


I just thing this is totally unfair - I played my balance out as I was under the impression - from their own t&cs that I could not withdraw… they should have never accepted my deposit.. not fair at all

I wish I could be of more help.

Once again, If the casino were to confiscate your balance with the justification you were from a restricted country, we would investigate further. However, since you played the funds we are powerless to convince the casino to return lost funds.
