The player from the United Kingdom finds it unfair that the casino accepts deposits but does not allow withdrawals for UK players.
This casino freely allowed me to set up an account and deposit without any issue
only after looking online did I realise that they apparently do not accept players from the UK to withdraw.. I think it is hugely unfair that they accept deposits from uk players but do not allow withdrawals… as such I wagered everything on my account. I am seeking a refund of all my deposits as this is poor practice.
On top of this they do not claim the payments as Jokabet- instead using other merchant names to facilitate transactions. This made it impossible for me to to track how much I had deposited

However, I'd like to inform you that we accept the situation when the casino allows players from restricted countries to open an account as long as they don’t use this as an opportunity to later cancel the player’s legitimate winnings. In other word, if the casino allows players from restricted countries to deposit and play, they should pay out their winnings as well.
Therefore, I would like to emphasize, that we investigate further and help only those players, whose funds (or winnings) have been confiscated due to being from a restricted country.

my problem is that the t&cs claim they do not allow UK players to play so I cancelled my withdrawals and played out my balance as I was aware that I would not be able to
withdraw..
this is shady / underhand practice and I have reached out to the casino directly to resolve this..
they should make it clear at the beginning their stance regarding UK players
please therefore escalate this complaint further
On top of this I closed my account due to their illegal practices and still receive daily emails and phone calls trying to get me to deposit and play more..
they should not be actively targeting Uk players as their own t&cs state they cannot play.
i would like to speak to a representative of Jokabet so that we can come to an arrangement with regard to this complaint
