The player from the UK had won money at Jokabet but was informed he couldn't withdraw the winnings due to a violation of terms and conditions related to playing from a restricted country. We, the Complaints Team, had identified that the UK was indeed listed as a restricted country in Jokabet's terms and conditions. We had asked the player if he had used a VPN to access the casino and what country was selected in his casino profile. However, before the player responded to these queries, he informed us that the casino had paid him in full. Consequently, we marked the complaint as resolved.

I sign up with jokabet played and won some money only to be told that I can't withdraw the money because I broke tearms and condition by the UK not being a registered country to play on their sit but I was clearing depositing playing in pounds. Can't you help please

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience with Jokabet Casino.

I checked the website and found out the website was inaccessible from UK.

Moreover the casino lists the UK as a restricted country in its terms and conditions.

"Players from the following countries and their territories ("Restricted Countries") are not allowed to deposit and play real money games: United States of America, United Kingdom, Spain, French overseas territories (Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Réunion, Mayotte, St. Martin, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna, New Caledonia), Netherlands, Israel, Lithuania, Dutch West Indies, and Curacao, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Gibraltar, Jersey, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldavia, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Iran, North Korea, and Afghanistan. The Casino cannot guarantee the successful processing of withdrawals or refunds in the event that a player breaches this Restricted Countries policy."
