Has apparently closed when i have a pending withdrawal of $4000, ive contacted the email provided with no response.

Thank you for submitting your complaint. I'm really sorry to hear about your problem. We are receiving many complaints with the same issue. As far as we know, even if the casino has been closed, you still should be able to withdraw your winnings through their support jokaservice@jokaroom.net.
