I’ve done my withdrawal on $1000 and I’ve been playing still whilst waiting as today I think is the 3rd business day but last night I went to jump on and play out of my $137 I have on my account I noticed it’s no longer operational so now I’ve been trying to contact someone one for help

Thank you for submitting your complaint. I'm really sorry to hear about your problem. We are receiving many complaints with the same issue. As far as we know, even if the casino has been closed, you still should be able to withdraw your winnings through their support jokaservice@jokaroom.net.
