I have 4 transactions that I have on my bank statement for $105.50 to whitepregifts.com and avulocard that started at times I was depositing into my JR ACC. Have chatted to casino,however got disconnected "somehow".....

Hopefully,everything is resolved soon.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem.

Do I understand it correctly that the funds have been deducted from your bank account but haven’t reached your casino account?

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Additionally, to the best of our knowledge, Joka Room Casino has been closed recently, but you still can contact them through their support jokaservice@jokaroom.net
