Hello, I come to tell you about a scam that I suffered from the Joka casino, they deleted my account and did not pay me anything from the big winnings of 37,000 euros that I accumulated. He accuses me of opposing a few deposits that I made on their site, when it is the seller who returned these same payments and I made no opposition. I sent them all the evidence from my bank on this subject as to what he said in accordance that I did not object and I remained cooperative with them in wanting to refund the sum. Hello to you, thank you for your quick response and your kindness to want to solve my problem. I will send you all supporting evidence about my case right away. I would like to clarify that the casino accuses me of having opposed deposits, while my bank has formally confirmed to me that they themselves cannot oppose my payments, and obviously I myself am not. do none. They also don't want to get in touch with that same Turkish payment processor in question to find out what the reasons are for the "refunds" from them. Another small clarification is that I am Vip at maximum levels at the casino and I have made over 130 deposits with a minimum value of 50 euros. Joka Room casino has not been trading for a while now. I have also searched our data base with the details and can confirm that this complainant never signed up at Joka Room Casino.

 

As he stated in the thread, the casino is Joka Club VIP https://www.jokaclubvip.com/fr/login. Please deal with them and we would appreciate it if you removed the complaint from Joka Room.

Hello to you "joka room vip", I am very surprised by those stipulated because after having made my checks I saw that your "joka room vip" and "joka club vip" have exactly the same interfaces, the same design and finally a lot of complaints against your casino (which also suspects your response). So all of this remains very intriguing in relation to the answer you give. I don't think any casino today can copy any casino that is active from start to finish. Please, could you specify how have you registered in the Joka Club Vip Casino? I can confirm that logo and interface look similar but it does not prove that they are the same company since there are many clones on the market. Do you have any useful information which proves that Joka Club Vip Casino and Joka Room Casino are under the same management/owner(people)?

Hello to you, I signed up for the joka club vip casino like any other online casino site on the net, I obviously did a research in advance to show that this casino was very well rated on the sites that advise them best casinos ...
