Hi I play at jokaroom casino mostly well did untill recently the past couple of months I've noticed machines acting different not paying online so should have the machines clinching when on features or when the third feature was about to come through it would pull back when I looked into you the casino Moree I was reading that jokaroom was operating without a licence that was the 23rd of June 2020 I asked them about this and they said that they had a current licence I continue to deposit and the same stuff we're still happening with the machines I'm VIP I have friends at play at JK room that aren't VIP jokaroom close down and people I know that played at jokaroom can't log on they play through wildcard City casino when I asked support is joker in they told me it is because I was VIP and I my login way was through VIP lounge anyway I've looked into a lot more and with a casino licence you can't ring you a licence so basically that casino will change its name and operate under a new licence what my question is I'm thinking I've been still giving money taken off me through the old licensed jokaroom are you over 2 answer any of this for me please thanks

Thank you for submitting your query. We are receiving many complaints from the regular players (non-VIPs) with the same issue. As far as we know, even if the casino has been closed for rebranding, regular players are still able to withdraw their winnings through casino support jokaservice@jokaroom.net.

However, apparently, there’s a lounge which is still available for the VIP players.

I still haven't herd anything from jokaroom Ive also messaged there new site wildcard city casino and have herd nothing I'll leave it a couple days and see what happens thanks for your help
