The player from Australia hasn’t received a Welcome bonus as advertised and later when she’s tried to withdraw the real money winnings, she was prompted to change her preferred payment method. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

I did not receive the initial bonus as advertised.

When I try to withdraw winnings they have asked to change from credit card to bank account details.

Then it tells you that you haven't put in the correct details.

In regard to you preferred withdrawal payment method, please understand, that variety and accessibility of payment methods is not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, and contracts with the payment providers, all have a major influence.
