I started playing casino games on the Joe Fortune betting site about a month ago and lost the amounts I deposited. On 18.12.2024, I made a total deposit of 1200 TRY in several parts, and I did not use any bonuses offered by the site. Then, on 19.12.2024, I won 5950 TRY by playing roulette and requested a withdrawal via Bitcoin. The issues began after my withdrawal request. The site promises a processing time of 15 minutes to 1, maximum 1-3 days, for Bitcoin withdrawals. However, after 1 day had passed, I hadn't received any communication, so I reached out via email. I was told that my account was under review and that they would handle it as soon as possible. Then, my account was inexplicably disabled. I contacted live support again and was told that my account was still under review and that there was nothing I could do other than wait.

After the promised 3-day transfer period had passed, I contacted them via email again and despite sending several emails, I received no response. I tried live support once more and was still told that my account was under review and that I just needed to wait. They have been treating me like a fool. It's been 6 days now, and the site has not responded in any way. They have taken my 5950 TRY winnings and are refusing to pay. Nothing illegal has happened, no bonuses were used, and all winnings were made by betting with my own funds. All proof, including win screenshots, live support messages, and emails, has been saved and documented.

I want to make it clear that this site will not pay your winnings. It is clearly a scam, and I strongly advise you to be more cautious when playing.
