The player from the Netherlands closed their account on Wizebets due to gambling problems, but was still able to play on other casinos of the same brand. The player believes they are entitled to a refund due to their admission of a gambling problem. After a closer examination, we ended up rejecting this complaint as unjustified.

Volt jacktop wizebets fg fox are all the same brand. I closed my account on wizebets because i said i have gambling problems. They closed it. Well i still could play on the other casinos same brand all the same. So i tink i have the right for a refund because is said i had a gambling problem. Its all costa rica alle the same brand. Can you pls help.?
