The player's account got blocked for playing from the same household. Casino has provided evidence.
I won $100 off a free bonus. Used it to win $210. Upon asking support bout my withdraw they canceled my acct saying one account per household. I have only one account. They said it's because.my IP info matched some other accounts. I told them I live in a apartment building and share wifi with other apartments. They said that any.other accts in the apartment building count towards my household. The ppl were rude and the site is awful and don't post winnings on spins 100% of the time. I would like my winnings as I have only one account. My neighbor Mr Partridge referred me to the site as he has a account with them and they closed it as well saying we are in the same household. Thank you. Casino is www.jacksplay.com
Hello Dianna,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward with the case.
Was your account verified in the casino? Did you deposit any money into the casino?
Please note that if the bonus was a free bonus and you did not deposit to the casino, the casino has the right to close your account without paying you out. However if your neighbour played in the same casino it counts toward account multiplicity. I would probably recommend you to play in a different casino and make sure it is a casino where only you play or a casino where it is not prohibited to play from same IP even thou there is not many like that.
As it is very unlikely to get paid out if you did not deposit there, we will be forced to reject the complaint if there aren't any additional facts to the case.
Is there anything else we can assist you with?
Regards,
Nick

Dear Dianna,
We haven't hear from you in a while. Please note that if we won't get any respond within the next 7 days, the complaint will be rejected.
This is the 1st I have gotten from here. And yes there was a deposit. My neighbor leaves in another apartment. The wifi is a public access point. The IP changes at regular intervals so the IP is not the same.
Also yes the account was verified and so was the phone numbers. All info on the account is different from the neighbors. Such as the phone number, email, address, and all other parts. For what they are saying if anyone uses a public wifi access point that anyone else used then those accounts would be counted all in the same household even when everything is registered and verified with other information. This doesn't make sense.
Dear Dianna,
Thank you for the additional information regarding the case. I will now forward your complaint to my colleague Viliam who will be assisting you from now on.
Wish you best luck.
Regards,
Nick
Hello Dianna,
I looked at your complaint and will do my best to help you. I would like to invite JacksPay Casino into this conversation. Casino, can you please specify why did you block the player’s account?
Hey there, we blocked the players account because it is 1 account per household and after further review we verified more than 1 account in the household was opened and because of that which is against our terms and conditions, we banned the accounts associated. We can provide screenshots of conversations with DiannaLeo as well as screenshots on how we determined the two accounts were connected even if the addresses were not the same.
Best Regards

I would like to know how the accounts are connected myself. He has his own account and lives with his family in another apartment. Anyways to the case . To answer the question I have made a deposit at this casino. Then I took my winnings and made them into more. This isn't the first time I have experienced a casino doing whatever they can not to payout and other clever tactics like delaying verification so the might just play the winnings. I would settle for $100 instead of the $210.
Question what if you live in a apartment building and you used your neighbors wifi and played in a casino with your own verified account. Later after you log off your neighbor gets on his wifi in his apartment and logs onto his account with the casino and plays. How is that the same household? As a grown adult with common sense I can see in this situation the people are in two different households. They just used the same wifi network for whatever reason. Maybe it's the wifi provided by the apartment complex. Anyhow I would be happy with a $100.
Right there you said it live at different addresses. A household according to the US census bureau can be found here
https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.prb.org/resources/what-is-a-household/&ved=2ahUKEwitmPWzu5n0AhXYTTABHcD0BfwQFnoECEkQAQ&usg=AOvVaw2YTq2nMomcJd8awoHriP7Q
OR check any of the accepted definitions of household all contain the main idea of a single family under one dwelling or home. In the US each dwelling has a address. So your definition household is way off. Like I said BS to not pay.
