The player has deposited money into his account, but the funds seem to be lost. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I deposited 1500INR, but payment status showed as payment failed on jackpot guru website where as my money got debited from my account. After contacting casino representative they are asking me to wait for infinite time. As i already shared my relevant proof still they are taking much time to resolve my small deposit issue.

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes one month approximately. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.
