A wail ago i played in this casino.
I closed my account for personal reasons but there was stil money on my account.
I ask if they will refund me that.
No bonus money ore winning from free spins.
I deposit 20€ and i won a little total amout now is 47€
They ask me to send documents and that was approved, the money is send on 29 march.
So i wait.
Yesterday, 6 of april i open the chat because i dont recieved the money. They ask me to send documents..? Again. So i dit again.
Because the money was "penning" that's weird. Because of the information i recieved 29 march.
My money is still not on my account.
Help me please!

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal or you’re withdrawing a bigger amount of money. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive your delayed withdrawal. Well the point is.,
I send my documents for more than two weeks ago and after that in the chat they told me it was send the 29th of march.
Last week i ask were my money was. They told me that i have to send documents..?!
Also today they ask me again for IT after i question it.
So. I send my documents now three Times.
This is now the reply.
So.
I used skrill paimend and in skrill Ideal.
Were is the money.
Its not much is 47 € and a couple of cents.
