The player from Nigeria had deposited 376 USDT and won 967 USDT on Jackbit. Despite completing standard and video verifications, his withdrawal request was canceled, and 845 USDT was deducted, leaving him with only 122 USDT. Support claimed rule violations and stated he was only eligible for a partial refund of his last deposit with a penalty. We were unable to assist as the issue pertained solely to sports betting, which fell outside our expertise and scope of support.

I deposited the total amount of 376usdt into my Jackbit account. 85usdt on 23rd june, 138usdt on 23rd June, and 153usdt on 27th june..


I won the total amount of 967usdt without any single withdrawal.


When i requested for withdrawal, i was asked for standard verification which i did and was verified..

Then i tried withdrawing again, i was asked for video verification which I did and was also verified after 48hrs..


Then i made the withdrawal, but it was cancelled and the total amount of 845usdt was deducted leaving me with only 122 usdt.


Even i contacted support, they simply said i violated their rules and so they money was deducted. I queried that the remaining amount wasn't even up to my total deposit of 367, to this, they replied that "Im only eligible to be refunded my LAST deposit, when a 20% penalty.." That's insane..


They didn't only take so my winnings, but they also took 67% of my deposit..


They made it clear that NO FURTHER INFORMATION WILL BE GIVEN NOR QUESTIONS ENTERTAINED...


This is tyranny and wickedness.. Most of these bookies don't care about the customers, all they care about is how to rip them off and go away with it because no regulations will take the matter serious..

This is fraud and scam..

I registered on 23rd June 2024. And each and every verification has been successfully completed including video verification.


I play sports betting.


I never used and bonus not received any.
