The withdrawal times are OK, not great. I’ve withdrawn relatively small amounts a few times and each have taken 2-3 hours. Although this isn’t that bad it isnt exactly "instant" which some promotional materials claim they are and was an initial draw for me. I had one withdrawal for a modest amount which was taking more than 3 hours and I just ended up cancelling it which is always annoying. 2 - 3 hour withdrawals aren’t the worst but when competitor crypto casinos are processing withdrawals ACTUALLY instantly it really makes the bit of a wait frustrating and I’ve definitely chose to play elsewhere a few times because of this. That being said, I feel I’ve had lots of good wins in the short time I’ve played here there so it’s definitely attractive for that reason. Some other minor annoyances are brutally awful free spins which you only get when you make the daily leaderboard or now and then through a promotion. They’re always for a super low bet (like 10 cents) on a joke game from a provider I’ve never heard of that does not pay out at all. They might as well not bother. Also: support staff are amongst the worst I’ve encountered. Not helpful, rude, and don’t have much power to do anything. VIP staff have been great via email but are only available during European business hours (and not at all on weekends) which means if you’re in North America like I am, you sometimes have to wait a whole day or two for a response. They should strive to have a VIP person 24/7 or at the very least on the weekends. That or give support staff more abilities to process VIP request .
