While one request was successful, the remaining two withdrawals are still not credited to his MuchBetter wallet. The casino joined the discussion with the player and later it was confirmed that his winnings were paid out.

I have a gaming account with I will casino on which i have made 3 withdrawal request of 400 Euro each on 30th June 2023. On 3rd July one request got successful and money received in my Muchbetter wallet after some time other 2 transactions also showing completed but nothing credited to my wallet. Today is 7 th July and i don't received anything till now. I tried to contact iwild but no response for my email and chat support saying contact Muchbetter because it's completed from there side. When I contacted muchbetter they are saying they don't receive anything.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. 

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint. 

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

Plz raise my request because I have contacted support 5 times already. Firstly they said wait 1-2 days your money will be credited. Now today they are saying no information available contact finance department. I already submitted my grievance to finance department via mail but no response from them also. Plz help me I don't know what to do? You are my last hope.

We created a request to the payment system in order to sort out the problem immediately after your first contact with the financial department. Chat agents have no information about the progress of the proceedings. As soon as we receive a response, we will immediately notify you by mail and also in this complaint.

Today on 21st July atlast I got reply for iwild after 21 days and it is just painfully stupid response. They saying they are waiting response from my service provider. There is only Muchbetter wallet in between casino and me . Muchbetter already said nothing received and they always respond in just 2-4 hours. So if iwild said transactions got successfully completed. Plz send me proof of payment but I know they are not sharing because nothing sent from the casino they are just stalling my withdrawal request.

I mailed Muchbetter on your behalf that why are they not responding dear iwild . Let see what is there response about your claims of waiting for payment provider response. Casino guru plz tell casino to share some relevant information about my grievance.

I contacted Muchbetter that why they are not responding as iwild claims. They respond to my email in 30 minutes and this is there reply now you guys decide why Iwild is lying about my issue.

So after waiting for almost one month. My withdrawal got cancelled and money returned to my casino balance. There is no surprise that via Muchbetter wallet withdrawal is now not available. So I have to choose another method for that I have to deposit again from that new method and playthrough the deposit 3x time to withdraw that amount. I did that and deposit via crypto already played that amount 3 times. After that when I tried to make a new withdrawal request guess what my account suddenly got unverified. So, I have to go through all processes again . I have no choice but to comply so i tried there automatically verification process which is always not working after giving all the tick correctly my verification got cancelled and told me to contact support. I am contacting support now which i already did numerous times in last month. Finger crossed maybe I got reply from them in maybe next one month.
