Hello There!
I placed a bet for $1,000 through a live Roulette game. I bet on red. The ball hit red 14. The game acknowledged my win (there was a "YOU WON $2,000 notification.)
My Ivibet balance never updated with the win. I exited the game immediately and contacted support. They have not offered me any resolution or explanation. My account balance remains without those winnings.
