After checking the evidence from the player we concluded nothing unfair or malicious occured and closed the complaint accordingly.

I suspect this website is cheating. It log out my game at their side when I was still playing. When I realised my credit all lose already.

Hi thanks for your reply. I had attached a video clip & the conversation screenshots between I & the casino. And I noticed something whenever our account is been logged out & our game is still ongoing than end of the day we players definitely lose all our credits. But when we realised our account is been logged out it's already too late.

I checked the video and it seems that you played down your balance without any irregularities. the game closed after the message that you have insufficient balance. I don't believe the unknown error represents anything unfair or something we can help you with.

Please let me know if there is any other proof of unfairly lost winnings, otherwise I'll close the complaint.

There's nothing wrong with the game but when my credit is finished & I wanted to go back to home page this msg came out. 'Websocket closed' Seems like my account is already been closed before my game is finished. Even if I had insufficient balance why must closed my game immediately? Anyway I got no credit how am I going to play & why must closed my game? Some websites be it you got credit or no credit your account won't logged off automatically unless you log off yourself. But those websites when you finished your game & wanted to go back to home page than you realise your account is been logged out automatically. And those accounts is already been logged out confirm is 100% lose one. I don't know you got this kind of experience before. But anyway it's ok just only a feedback to your & thanks for your time & explanation. Have a nice day ☺️
