I have compiled all the evidence, including screenshots and video recordings, on a dedicated website to expose their fraudulent activities. My experience followed the classic scam casino pattern. I deposited my own money, played their games (specifically 918Kiss slots), and won a legitimate amount. When I requested a withdrawal, it was immediately rejected.
Their customer support provided a nonsensical excuse, claiming my winnings were void because I had also played a "fishing game"—a game they themselves provide on their platform. This fictional rule was never mentioned anywhere until the moment I tried to withdraw my winnings. It's a clear-cut tactic to avoid paying players. The deception runs much deeper. When I demanded proof of their legitimacy by asking for their license number, they refused, claiming it was "confidential." As any experienced player knows, a real license is public proof of regulation. Casino Guru's own investigation confirms this: their claimed licenses are FAKE.
Furthermore, their celebrity endorsement videos are obvious fakes, likely generated by AI. The expressions are unnatural and the lip-syncing is poor. This is just another layer of their scam to appear trustworthy.
When I confronted them with these facts, they cut off communication.
