The player from Greece has encountered an issue with Interwetten Casino GR wherein his bonus was denied. After a closer examination, we ended up rejecting this complaint as unjustified.

I registered some time ago at INTERWETEN and after several months I decided to deposit! I play casino!
I made some deposits today and emailed to claim my bonus!
With audacity, they tell me in an email that we have excluded you from the bonuses! NO DEPOSIT OR ANYTHING HAS BEEN MADE WITH THE COMPANY. It is worth noting that the first contact with the company was today! I HAVE NEVER DEPOSITED AGAIN!
OK, I say, respect, do what you like! Shouldn't they have sent me an email, to notify me, that they have an exception, so that I know, so that they don't mislead me, to testify?
Very unfair and not at all LEGAL!!!

Please understand, that we can’t penalize the casino for taking away your privilege of receiving further bonuses. Casinos, in general, have a right to restrict or even close players’ accounts if they suspect irregular play or other questionable activities or for no reason at all.
Casinos are not obligated to reward their players with bonuses and bonus privileges can be limited or revoked at any time without further notice. I absolutely agree that it would be ideal to inform a player about new restrictions related to their account, unfortunately, it is not a standard practice. As long as you didn’t place any bets using your last active deposit, you should be entitled to a full refund.
Please let me know if there is any additional information that I have overlooked, but I’m afraid I will be forced to reject your complaint as unjustified. I wish I could be of more help. Thank you in advance for your reply and understanding.

I was never informed that I have been disqualified from any offer since it was my first deposit! There is nowhere in the company rules that the player should not be informed! Also, a contract has been signed between me and the company, the which must be fair on both sides!
It was my first deposit, and they have in the conditions, that in order to credit the bonus, the amount must first be turned over!
