My account was suddenly blocked without any reason given. I always deposited well and rarely withdrew anything (as is the case when playing) When I asked, I was told that it was a decision made by risk management and that I could continue to use the betting area. Today I checked again and the account was completely blocked. I think a reason would at least be appropriate if you lock out a loyal customer.

Ich habe immer gut eingezahlt und nur selten etwas ausgezahlt (wie es so ist beim Spielen) Auf Rückfrage hieß es, es ist eine Entscheidung vom Risk-Management und ich könne weiterhin den Wett-Bereich nutzen. Heute schaue ich noch einmal rein und der Account ist komplett gesperrt. Ich finde eine Begründung wäre zumindest angebracht, wenn man einen treuen Kunden aussperrt.
It deserves zero stars. A total rip off, I deposited over €1000 and not a shred of a chance at the casino. You can only click down your money, nothing but dead spins. Of course, you then pay in again and hope that you will at least win your money back, but in vain. The customer support is not responsive at all and just makes you feel like they don't care about you as a customer. The only important thing is the money, everything else doesn't count, the next person who pays in comes. It's a shame that people are fooled like that, because that's all it is. Just let them believe that the next deposit will work out. I can't recommend Interwetten to anyone as far as the casino is concerned and the way they treat customers is cheeky, they seem to be very different here.

Natürlich zahlt man dann wieder ein und ist in der Hoffnung das man sein Geld wenigstens wieder zurück gewinnt, aber vergebens. Der Kundensupport reagiert überhaupt nicht und vermittelt nur das Gefühl als wäre man ihnen als Kunde egal. Wichtig ist nur das Geld alles andere zählt nicht, kommt halt der nächste der was einzahlt. Eine Schande das man so die Menschen verarscht, weil mehr ist es nicht. Nur im Glauben lassen das es mit der nächsten Einzahlung schon klappen wird. Ich kann Interwetten niemanden empfehlen was das Casino anbelangt und wie man mit Kunden umgeht ist eine Frechheit, hier scheint man mächtig abgehoben zu sein.
