I deposited £50 on 06/11/2024 and received 50 free spins bonus, I won £85 from the bonus and then began to wager with my balance fluctuating from £1,100 - £612. When i was at £612 i had completed 95% of the wagering requirements then next thing I know my balance is went from £612 to £24. I have contacted the casino numerous times and have just been told it has been passed to the technical team, but I am confident I will not receive those funds back.
