The player's account got blocked by the casino for yet unknown reason. We ended up closing the complaint as ‘unresolved’ because the casino failed to reply.
On 04/06/2022 my inbet account was locked with BGN 300 inside, for no reason at all. The same day they sent me an e-mail saying that the account was being checked and there would be an update "next week". More than two weeks later, there is still no update, they ignore my emails, and there are total bots in the chat and they just repeat that they have no more information at the moment.
I don't know what they think I did in this account, but the attitude is poignantly bad. I don't care about the account anymore, but these BGN 300 in it are spent in a totally transparent way and I want them back. Please cooperate against these scoundrels!

Could you please advise if your account has been verified yet? Did you request for a withdrawal before your account got closed? Did you use any bonus to accumulate your balance?
Please note that sometimes the casino blocks the player's account during the verification process which may then take up to 14 days to be processed.

I'm pretty sure I successfully verified my account at some point, but I don't remember 100%. Otherwise, I ordered a withdrawal only once, but that was a long time ago and then I canceled it myself because it takes them an awful lot of time to process it. I have no withdrawal requests just before they lock the account, I have BGN 300 inside the balance, which was accumulated with real funds, not with a bonus.
