My experience with Inbet shows a disappointing and apparently systematic practice in managing account limits and small payouts. After winning a modest amount, my withdrawal was suddenly blocked, and support began a series of emails demanding a verification document that did not exist, completely ignoring my responses.
Even though I provided all the standard identification, support continued to put up obstacles and repeat their requests for these documents in multiple messages. It is obvious that this operational barrier is designed to tire players out until they give up their balances. If you encounter support that requires impossible verification documents to unblock your funds, don't waste your time arguing in circles with the operators. They are counting on players to give up out of frustration. Seek your rights, keep all communication in writing, and be prepared to escalate through official regulatory channels. I was eventually able to get my withdrawal without the document in question, but they still claim it was legal to ask me for something that didn't exist.
Additionally, after receiving my funds, I decided to send them a Data Protection Request (SAR) under the European GDPR regulation to gather all the documentation on the case, as I decided to report them anyway. I hope this will help protect anyone else who encounters this questionable behavior. However, in response, their compliance department completely ignored the legal obligation and sent me some kind of template, so I am still struggling to get my records.

Since October 23rd, I've been waiting for a withdrawal I earned with the 2,000 peso bonus for verifying my account. I deposited and wagered the 200 pesos required by the casino to release the bonus funds. It's been 11 days, and I haven't received any response from support; they only reply with automated messages. Their platform displays a message stating that withdrawals arrive in seconds, which is false, as I've been waiting for 11 days and they haven't resolved anything. The withdrawal amount is 2,300 Mexican pesos.

The RTP is probably manipulated by the casino, I mean what are the odds that I lose 5k without ever winning anything over 2x my bet?(average bet being ~3bgn, so around 2000 spins). Zero features won aswell. Also their daily bonuses do not scale with what you bet/deposit, you get a set amount of free spins at 0,10 per spin which is a joke. I've played on a lot of sites but this is the worst by a long shot.
