Haven’t received my withdrawal. Its been almost 12 days now. They keep saying different reasons why my funds haven’t arrived and that its been sped up etc. But I haven’t arrived it. It only shows "pending" on the withdrawals section. They only say that "its being handled handled as we speak" or something. I will keep you updated if anything happens!

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. 

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint. 

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

But what if it only shows "processin" after 14 days? And no. They have not asked me anything. All should be fine.

Now that the 14-day period has passed, could you please provide an update on the current status of your withdrawal request?

Additionally, could you clarify if your winnings were accumulated with or without an active bonus?

Finally, could you let me know which games you played to achieve these winnings?

Hi, my withdrawal has still not arrived. I did not take any bonuses. I won around 1550€ from sugar rush bonus. I actually have a screen record of the win if needed. I made 2 different withdrawals. Because there was a maximum limit, 920€/day. The first withdrawal (920€) did arrivefew days later. But the second (630€) is still "processing". I have contacted support several times, but they always say something that there is a delay from the provider etc.

Hello, I got an update. Shortly after my latest response. They cancelled my withdrawal request for some reason. After that I made a new withdrawal request which went through right after. I waited till the moneys showed up in my bank this morning. So I can now confirm that they have paid my withdrawal after almost 3 weeks. Thank you!
