The player from Poland has been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, their payout hasn’t been received yet. The player later confirmed that the withdrawal was processed successfully, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.

I made one payment 480e on 7/05/2023 The regulations say that withdrawals up to 500 eur take a maximum of two days.The next payment is about 230e. one day later. This 230 has been paid. and 480 not.

and once again another win something about 450 euros. .

450 still no payouts. . Support every day says after confirming the withdrawal. they are not responsible for the money. because they are served by an intermediary. But they do not provide contact information for him. I've been waiting over 10 days at around 900e It's hard to count because they break these payouts into several smaller ones.
