I deposited yesterday at 18.20 using usdt trc20 the money still hasn't been credited, they are telling me I need to wait for 96 hours, so someone else is using my funds for 96 hours than maybe will be credited, can I ask how a casino like that can have a 9.8 rating on your website?

Please understand that the funds are currently with a payment provider, not with the casino itself. I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

  • Could you please advise if the e-wallet address to deposit funds into your account was visible on the casino’s website for all the players or if you were provided a unique one when opening the account?
  • Was it your first deposit in this casino?

We'd like to confirm, that the deposit was successfully credited at 13.12.2023 11:40:43 (UTC)

The player played the money and opted for a break time.

The reason for the delayed payment was briefly explained.

The account is now permanently blocked upon player's request within the forum.

Yes that's true the deposit was credited,

More than 12 hours later, I can only imagine if for the deposit takes that long ,how long would a withdrawal take, I don't know, and don't want to find out

Also the chat is very slow, and they were keep on telling me the same, that the maximum period of waiting time is 96 hours,and my deposit can be credited any time, the briefly explaining was given here in the forums, even though I don't think that's the reason for the deposit being delayed, like I said I was going to deposit 40 euros and my actual deposit was 42.20, now when you deposit you don't take out a calculator and convert the usdt to euros the exact amount so you?,I think that my funds were used by someone for a period of time than credited to my account, now wouldn't that be great someone to give you funds for 12 hours or maybe 96 hours, Imagine is a decent amount too, you can you that money to make more, I really think thats what happened, but they will definitely not be using my funds again .

So to anyone that's thinking to use this casino, think twice before depositing, something doesn't add up......

Given that the deposited funds were eventually credited, albeit with a delay that has been clarified (attributed to the funds being held by the payment provider and not used by someone else), we will consider this complaint as resolved. While I acknowledge, mtrlucian, that you may seek an alternative casino due to your conviction about the situation with your funds, it is highly improbable that someone else was utilizing your money.
