Hello, I've been playing on Ice Casino for a few months now.

I always deposit money using their bonuses they post on Twitter page. I deposited 2000 PLN into my account with a bonus code. However, when I win 4000PLN they locked my withdrawal. The message said I couldn't play any games for any stake and that I should contact customer support.

I then tried to withdraw my money immediately, but I discovered I couldn't make a withdrawal either. This is insane. Why would they let me deposit money if I can't withdraw my funds? My money is stuck, and I can't do anything with it.

After contacting customer support, they said my account was under review by the administration. Today, when I tried to log in, my account was blocked. I contacted customer support again, and they said this block is permanent and I can't get my money back. This feels like a pure scam. please help I just want my money get paid and quit gamling forever

The account is permanently blocked due violation of T&Cs:

"It is strictly forbidden to abuse any game rounds by their postponement, including free spins or bonus games while playing with bonus money. Any postponed games, bonuses and/or free games lead to the cancellation of winnings and confiscation of the player’s balance."

I don't care about unblocking account because I would never play on your casino again. You blocked my account without any proofs why and even with my money, it's pure scam You scammed me on 4000 PLN because you don't want to show any proof. I didn't do anything and my money is stolen. I want only my money back then we can say goodbay to each other. Thanks

postponing game rounds to achieve winnings is a practice all online casinos consider unfair and might confiscate your funds as a result. Could you please advise if you participated in this practice?

Have you accumulated value using bonus money and afterward, have you cashed out this value when the bonus was no longer in play?
