Hello, I have more than half a year of experience with ICE CASINO, in 2023 I made several withdrawals that were successfully concluded in 2-4 working days, KYC verification has been verified.
Unfortunately, this year I requested the withdrawal of aroud 850 euros divided into 3 withdrawals.
The first withdrawal with the value of 200 euros was created on 09.01.2024 and has a status in progress from 10.01.2024
Second
The second withdrawal in the amount of 400 euros was made on 10.01.2024 and has the status in progress from 11.01.2024
The third withdrawal in the amount of 250 euros was made on 24.01.2024 and has the status in progress from the same day, this withdrawal is newer because i have older withdrawals that I asked them to cancel, thinking that maybe the system is blocked.
I talked every 2 days with the people from Ice Casino on the chat and their answer was always the same, that they processed the payments and now the payment was expected by the payment system with which they collaborate, but I did not receive a single penny in account. I asked them to tell me what is the maximum deadline when I will receive the money, but they could not give me a deadline
