The player from Ontario was facing issues with withdrawal processes after winning $10,900 at an online casino. Despite being verified and having completed wagering requirements, the casino was only allowing one $400 transaction every three days. Unresolved customer service issues and cancellation of pending transactions were additional roadblocks to the player receiving their winnings. We extended the timer by 7 days for the player to provide additional information. However, due to the player's lack of response, we were unable to investigate further and had rejected the complaint.

On nov meet 7 I complete my wagering with the bonus, I deposit $65 and got $65 in bonus, after completion I managed to win 10,900 when I went to withdrawl they ask for documents, all documents uploaded and verified then I get an email stating I need to wait 3-14 days for provider to check game play, I wait the amount and everything was fine, the site claims we can do up to $400 transactions 3x a day. I get another email saying they will only process 1 $400 transaction every three days!! I try to speak to customer service in chat and they ALWAYS repeat the same thing as if I am talking to a bot! I email support and they too always reply the same thing, I’ve managed to get one $400 withdrawl completed and today I log into my account and the remaining pending transactions have been canceled! I went into chat to ask why and they said the system automatically rejects them?!?!? What the hell??? How am I supposed to withdraw if they ALWAYS CANCEL? I can’t send to speak to someone real and it seems like they are doing everything in their power to NOT pay me, this is incredibly unfair and I don’t understand why they are doing this to me. They are deliberately trying to make it impossible for me to get my winnings

After checking the terms and conditions of the casino, I found this:

"- There is a limit of 3 simultaneous withdrawal requests. The maximum withdrawal limits per transaction / in 24 hours / month are determined as follows:
per transaction: €500 (or equals)
in 24 hours: €500 (or equals)"
