I got my account confirmed and the withdrawal was paid via rapid transfer. The amount does not appear in my account, so I asked skrill about it. Skrill replied that they will send the transfers immediately and that you need to contact the casino. Icebet does not give me an answer as to why my money is not coming. The whole page is a scam, they claimed that it was paid for, but skrill has no information about this!

Could you please specify how many days ago was your withdrawal requested? Was your account successfully verified in the past?
It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

Hi, thanks for the reply. The first €400 withdrawal request was processed on Friday. The second €400 has not been processed yet. Kyc customer service does not answer me at all. I asked skrill about it and they said that the money should appear immediately. I received an email from Skrill that the transaction has been initiated, but the money has not arrived in my bank account.
I have sent many emails to kyc customer service and there is no reply.

However, I will set the timer for additional 7 days allowing to casino two full weeks to process the payment and if there’s no development by Thursday, we will intervene.
