Hi.

In casino`s terms is written that all withdrawal requests is processed within 24hours.

My withdrawal request is pending 3rd day. So they are breaking their own terms.

Live chat is totaly unhelpful, every time i reach them they keep repeating i should turn on financal department via mail. I sent several mails with no respond.

How casino like this can operating and they are allowed to make fools out from costumers?

We are in 2024 withdrawals are almost instant.

And besides this they are not offering any reaponisble gambling tools. So player in all this time waiting can just easily cancel withdrawal and spend it.

When i read other complaints its mostly for delayed withdrawal.

Casino has too high estimation on casino guru. Each casino who dont use responsible gambling tools is wortless by my opinion.

Casino released withdrawal and its already on my accaunt.

But however...they are tricky. If some win bigger amount and they prolonging with withdrawal it could be a real frustrating.
