NEVER PLAY WITH THIS SITE!

ITS A SCAM. I won’t be able to take any winnings all you can do it deposit money to scammers.

I had a $5 bonus and everything was played and lost till I made next deposit of $50 with my own money.

I use my 50 to play slots and mainly live roulette. So and of two days I won’t $50000. I was really excited until they denied my withdrawals. I went online and check at reviews n it was exactly what happened to me. The bullshit of "breach of bonus"

every other casino I played they pay out your winnings, and if you have a "bonus" like they said you never be able to place a bet with live casino such as roulette.

they have no license whatsoever

THIS IS A SCAM! And a warning to all other people who wanting to join go else where there are legit online casinos.

DO NOT USE THIS.

lastly you will only talk to generated messages with the so called "live chat"

Hello,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked general bonus terms and conditions, and this is what I found:

"It counts 0% towards meeting the wagering requirements all versions of Craps, Video Poker, Rummy and Keno, all Live Casino games and all Progressive games.

Any winnings generated on any games not contributing towards meeting the wagering requirements can be declared void at our sole discretion when the players have failed to meet their respective wagering requirements."

Could you please advise how much exactly was your balance when you’ve deposited $50? If your account is still accessible, could you please forward your "game history"? My email address is petronela.k@casino.guru. You could forward any relevant communication too. I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Best regards,

Petronela

What happen was they had this spin feature where I scored 2 $5 bonus = $10

I don’t like the wager crab so I played away the $10 bonus to zero.

so I freshly deposited another $50 of my own, used that to played roulette got up a few thousands. Tried to cash out but was rejected cause account wasn’t verified, so I uploaded the required documents. While waiting I used 1 or two thousands dollars to keep playing and got up to 50k. During that time I did play a little bit of their pokies (which shouldn’t matter at all cause it’s my own money I didn’t use any wager shit.

so when I tried to do 10 withdrawals of 5k = 50k because they only allow 5k each transactions.

next I know they did the typical thing "your account has been temporarily closed for audit"

then they took away all my winnings because I violated their "bonus TnCs" and get a reply of "as a gesture we have return the original $50 back into you account" what a fu***** joke.

they have no hotline only through emails which you have to wait and their live chat takes forever and you only receive automated messages.

I no longer have my account I asked them to closed down my account because I read somewhere that they will charge a "maintenance fee" every 3 months which is a completely bullshit.

This casino should really have an audit from somewhere. It’s a scam, sadly I am one of the person who fell for it I guess.

every other online cas I played at you would never be able to place a bet with bonus cash, the legit casinos lol.

The live casino you can only use the hard cash you deposited.

I once played at bitstar casino, won around 10k no problem. Because they’re not a scam.

I looked at your case and understand the situation. Could you please send me your game history or/and any screenshot that would show the amount of your winnings (A$50,000). We could use this as evidence in your favor.

Hi Phung,

Thank you for the emails. The casino has the right to cancel any winnings from bonuses where the maximum bet rule was breached. However, this doesn't seem to be the case. If your bonus was played down to zero and you made a new deposit without any bonus, I am strongly convinced, you should get paid. I will contact the casino and see what can be done. I have to warn you, the House Of Pokies Casino usually doesn't reply to complaints, but I will do my best to try and help you.

We would like to ask the House Of Pokies Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, the complaint will become ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

Hi Phung,

I tried to contact the casino repeatedly, but it failed to reply. I’m afraid, there is not much that can be done without their cooperation. I will mark the complaint "unresolved" in our system. I understand, this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email.

Best regards,

Peter
