I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for my withdrawal. Firstly they said we need verification. So I sent everything. Next they said that wasn’t enough because of fraud and that they wanted my holding all my documents. So I took pictures of everything and sent them through.

no I’ve received an email stating they want every notarised . And copies of my bank card?? What I only have one card. And I’ve only used one card.


I don’t think I’m getting my money am I . I’m totally gutted!!

I can only imagine how frustrating it might be for you, but please understand, that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. Every casino is unique and requires different documents from the player.

Was this your first attempt to withdraw? Additionally, I would recommend you to fully cooperate with the casino and provide all the necessary documents and in a sufficient quality as soon as possible.

Yeah I’m going to a JP today . We call them "justice of peace" here is Australia not notarised . Yeah it’s my first withdrawal.

but I don’t know how a stamp in Australia is worth anything to someone overseas . When I’ve taken pictures with me holding all my documents. Seems silly.


I’ve read that this casino doesn’t ever pay anyone , so even after doing all

this I won’t be getting my money .


like you said I’ll do what they say . Because $10,000 is a lot of money . They don’t even return emails back .

Just letting you know my card has been used for a overseas transaction . This casino house of pokies is the only one I’ve sent my card to . The bank has since canceled my card. They said it’s called fishing , when they take a small amount and then take all of the money . I am sending off my notarised documents today. But I’m a bit worried now. I’ll do it as I have won 13k now and it’s a lot of money . I’m thinking I won’t get it . I’ll let you know if they verify me

They wouldn’t verify my account again. I sent all the required documents! I even went to a Australian government office and got my documents notarised ! These bastards are complete scum! Do not play on there .!!!!!

I’ve just found out they go on 2 names. I spoke to support as I was asking about there app (house of pokies) as I was using it through google and they said we don’t have an app. Haha there name is totally different on google , it’s called POKIEZ not house of pokies. It’s a total scam!! I’m so upset as I really needed that money.


Is there a way to alert the game providers that this fake casino is scamming people ??

they now definitely tried to steal money from my account. The bank said it’s called fishing. They took $1.99 out . The bank said the next transaction they would’ve taken the lot. After playing with this casino I can’t believe they haven’t been shut down. I won 10k and they won’t even verify me. I sent all the required documents 3 times . They keep saying it’s not enough. So after sending my government stamped documents they won’t even reply to me.


i know I’ll never get that money . But out of all the casinos I could’ve played I chose the worst and won. It’s so frustrating.

This casino is going under so many different names now. They have golden pokies, house of pokies and pokieZ .


these grubs are stealing money and they are still operating ! I got my money up to 13k . They won’t even reply now.

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

Since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we are forced to close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.


Dear Regmiddo.


I am very sorry but since the casino team is unresponsive, we’re not able to proceed with further investigation. Please, be aware that this complaint will affect their reputation on our website which is already very bad. 


For the future, I recommend you to choose the casinos with at least a very good reputation on our website (the resolution in case of any problem would be much easier).
