I have Been waiting for weeks to get my wihtdrawal Done. They dont answer all of a sudden i couldnt log in. Then one of my withdrawal was sucess (after a long time) but didint reach my bank acount so they rejected it. Asked for the same KYC verificaton 2 Times the same week. Now they sccepted another withdrawal but no money in my bank account this time either. I dont think im ever gonna see my 3000kr

Hello veronika!


I have done several withdrawals here before without any problems but now...

The withdrawal before was sent back to my player account after several weeks. but this one hasent reach my player account or bank account.


This withdrawal was processed 1 november. and sucessfully withdrawn 6 november. Because of my email all of sudden didint work at there casino cant i exatlcy say when it was subbmitted , but about a week before 1 nov.

I used bank transfer, like i always have done at there casino.


Yes i have passed the KYC verification, even 2 times the same week..

And now it got rejected again. how can it be possible when they told me that they sent the money ?


i have the same issiue like many others, poor chat, the money never reach my bank account. Lack of information.


now they want me to uppload i photo of my id card again. Third time in a couple of weeks… they telling me that now they want id Card or passport, not drivers license. So now i have to wait more???
