Requested a withdrawal 9/21 for 3k in 2 payments. First the withdrawal cap is weird in that it is stated as 20times the deposit amount. In reality it’s not...deposited $150 which times 20 is 3k. you can only request 3k, but they remove the bonus amount from the 3k. This in itself is misleading. It’s not a 20 times withdrawal then. It’s only like 17. Nonetheless, after going back and forth to get security done my withdrawal was approved. I’m still waiting and all I get is we are waiting on our third party to process the payment.

can you assist in getting my payment processed? One last thing is the withdrawal states max amount to do as direct deposit is 2500. I requested that but they turned it into 3 separate withdrawals. No idea if it’s coming as one or multiple if it ever comes that is.

Could you please advise which payment method you have opted for? Have you received any funds in the past or this were your first withdrawal request?

Do I understand it correctly that your withdrawal is still pending inside your account without being processed?

In regard to bonus terms, I have found the following information https://www.highcountrycasino.com/promotions-terms.php:

"Maximum cash out is 20 times the deposit amount linked to the promotional code, up to $10,000, based on a deposit amount of $500, but it in no case can exceed the maximum $10,000 payout."

"Unless otherwise specified by the Casino; all promotional funds (bonus amount) stay in the house upon completing the wagering. Bonus money serves to enhance play and help to generate winnings; however, cannot be withdrawn as part of the winnings. The bonus will not be returned to the account but deducted from winnings by the Casino upon withdrawal."

Thank you for your response.

I requested 2500 in direct deposit and 500 in bitcoin. The max deposit in a week for direct was 2500.


Yes, the money is still in my account pending.


the 2500 was broken into 3 withdrawals...two for 1000 each and 500. They then took one of the 1000 and removed the 330 bonus leaving me with a total of 4 withdrawal requests. 3 for direct deposit 1000, 660, and 500 Along with one bitcoin of 500.


I requested information as to why three broke it into so many different withdrawals and if I should expect this means it will take a month to get the total withdrawal and they said it would depend.


Since then I get the your withdrawal has been verified and approved just waiting for our 3rd party to have the ability to send you the money. Or we have so many withdrawal requests we can’t handle all at one time.

I received three emails in the last two days.


  1. Says they approved my bitcoin withdrawal of @$501.
  2. says they approved my direct deposit of $1,000.
  3. last one says my bitcoin deposit was completed for $501.


The bitcoin deposit has never come through. It has been 10 hours since they say it is completed.


Of course if that one does eventually go through it is the smallest of all the deposits. I broke the request in two to meet the threshold. One for the max of direct deposit of 2500 and one for $500 bitcoin.


I wanted to provide an update. To be clear I have received no money or bitcoin from my 22 day old withdrawal request.

Wanted to provide an update as I see the casino doesn’t appear they will answer.


Total original request was for 2500 in direct deposit...I received 1000

and the bitcoin was for 500 and I received 500.

Their direct deposit limits are 2500 yet they broke the deposit into 3 and paid one. At this rate it will be 7 or 8 weeks or longer to payout what their site says should be complete within 5 to 7 days.


now when I try to contact them, I get the message their agents aren’t available at this time please leave a message, but their isn’t a choice for high country I the selection box.


appreciate your help and hope this either gets them to be more responsive and honest or at least gives others an insight into what they will experience if they too decide to gamble with this company.


the reviews I saw before I used the site were good and even said payouts were quick as published. I find that very hard to believe.

We would like to ask the High Country Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

I’m getting the run around again. After asking for an update on my withdrawal request from the 23rd of September...they said they haven’t received confirmation that the first 1 thousand went through...just another delay tactic. The deposit should have been for 2500 anyway...there was no reason to split the payment in threes.


I would steer clear of this place. Not very honest dealings in my opinion.

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.

I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.

I hope you won't come across a problem like this again.

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
