Hello I opened up an account at Heybets Casino today. I did this because all I’ve heard was wonderful things about Crypto casinos. So I looked for the best crypto Casino with best bonus. First I found BC casino but I ran into an issue with living in USA. Then I was thrilled to find HEYBETS Crypto Casino. They offered I believe 200% bonus on first deposit if done by crypto. So I opened the account and did all the nonsense that goes along with buying crypto for first time. Buying and having the crypto added to my wallet was easy. Actually even sending the $120 in crypto to Heybets was easy. I was even told the deposit was successful. But I never received credits for my purchase. So I waited forever thinking maybe it just takes a while cause it’s crypto. In the mean time I was writing the heck out of customer service. Never once did I reca response. I did receive a bit response saying it normally takes an hour to respond. I couldn’t believe that a casinos customer service would leave someone waiting on such an important issue. I say it’s important because I was very clear this was my first time at there casino and first time using crypto. So if this goes good or bad will shape my view on it. So hours and hours went by. I decided to make another small deposit just to see if it works. The $10 I deposited went on instant. So now I’m worried and still no response. In my transactions it shows I made a deposit and received a bonus. Not long after my bonus because different tho. The green light went away. I don’t mno this is unfair and very upsetting. I was very excited to try something new. Even if this gets resolved I don’t think I could ever trust a crypto casino agsin because as I was made to realize I have no recourse. I’m going ti attract my proof of deposits.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not depositing any more funds until the issue is sorted.

Could you please advise if the e-wallet address to deposit funds into your account was visible on the casino’s website for all the players or if you have been provided a unique one when opening the account? Could you please forward a screenshot of the payment transaction to petronela.k@casino.guru?

Hello everyone! 🙂


The player used our 200% Deposit Bonus offer so his $120 Deposit that was mentioned above turned into $360. The $360 can be located in his "Bonus Balance" and after the required wagered is achieved that balance can be cashed out. I assume the player just couldn't locate his bonus balance at the time of the complaint.


But he reached out to our support as well and we helped him locate it. He was able to play with it and I assume everything turned out good 🍀
