The player from Australia has submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks prior to contacting us. The player later informed us that he received his winnings and this complaint was closed as resolved.
on thursday the 7th/09/2023 I done a withdrawal of $1500 after turning my $100 deposit into $1500 by playing music wheel and black Jack, I then turned another $100 into $1800 and withdrew that on the Friday, take into account my account ya already been verified and they said that both these withdrawals were processed on their end. It has now been 5 business days which they said would be the max and I haven’t received one of the withdrawals, I really need this money that I won fairly.
