Casino haiti has issued a scam bonus to players.


The point is that I took the first deposit bonus. All that was said in the terms of the bonus is that it is 150% under the wager 30 (screen 1). Seemingly standard casino conditions from SG International.


In the course of washing, I began to notice that the wager is not being washed. Any progress bar was not provided in the interface. But we began to realize that we had won back the 30 wager first, then 30 deposit + bonus, and then the entire 50 (loyalty points are awarded for bets. Theoretically, it was possible to count the number of bets).


A riot started on the forum, because no player wins back the bonus. Then I sent a support request and got an overwhelming response: (quote) Hello. Sorry for the long answer. Realizing that it is mathematically impossible to wager the bonus, or I had to deposit 330k + to clean it, I continued the dialogue with the representative and received an equally discouraging answer Yes, this is a European bonus practice. Which is common to get to know the brand. We understand that you may not agree with this, but we can suggest that you delete your bonus \ enroll a new one with a smaller wager and then you will simply start over from what you started yesterday. I repeat. WE WERE GIVEN A DEMO BONUS THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO WIN FOR A DEPOSIT!


After the scandal, the work of the bonus was quickly replaced, but no one wanted to compensate us for the funds. The peak of my winnings was 132k rubles, after which we waited for a solution to the problem (screen 4).


The representative does not answer, constantly disappears, does not answer the mail. I ask you to analyze all the bets made by the players and add real funds to their real balance when wagering wager 30 or bonus + dep wager 30 at the discretion of the player. In my opinion, this is not only logical, but also honest. I don't understand why the casino doesn't want to pay.

all right. you name the standard conditions in the rules: a deposit - a wager is added to it. the whole plague flows into the bonus balance and after the end of the wager it completely switches to the real one.

but the problem is that this bonus was erroneous. it ended if you only play for real money. and this makes it impossible to wager the bonus. as during the game the entire amount was transferred to the bonus.


I contacted technical support for clarification when I had already finished (if the bonus had worked correctly) the wager and filled $ 1,700.


let me remind you. the site does not provide any scale for wagering the bonus. therefore, it was not possible to understand that it was issued not working initially
