My payout is not processed and they always tell me the same thing in live chat like "You will be done in a moment" and nothing happens, then support immediately leaves the chat so they don't have to worry about it anymore and it just keeps going , I was told on one day that the money will be processed that day, nothing happens. There isn't even a confirmation email that it's being processed. The supporters in the live chat often answer completely different things than the ones in the question, so that's quite a strange thing there.
Meine Auszahlung wird nicht bearbeitet und die sagen mir im Live Chat immer das gleiche wie "Es wird bei Ihnen gleich gemacht" und es passiert nichts, dann verlässt der Support sofort den Chat damit er sich nicht weiter drum kümmern muss und das geht immer so weiter, mir wurde an einem Tag gesagt das das Geld an diesem Tag bearbeitet wird, passiert nichts. Es kommt nichtmal eine Bestätigungsmail, das es bearbeitet wird. Die Supporter im Live Chat antworten oft ganz andere Sachen wie die die in der Frage stehen, also ganz komische Sache da.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.
