Hello! I want to cashout some money from gratorama and i make it. Everything it s ok. But i give all informational for my account to recieve money and i don t have a message from a member to see if it s all right... in live chat a girl said i need to wait but in mail says 2 days When it s all verificated. Now it s 3 and i don t recieve a email from gratorama. Please some help

"I did not receive an e-mail that the required documents are verified, although it is written in the e-mail that in 2 days they are verified And nobody from gratorama except live chat respond about this. contenteditable and chat live it didn't help me at all"

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal or you’re withdrawing a bigger amount of money. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.
