I've believe I've been conned by this casino gransino1.com I've withdrawn twice from them and both times had my withdrawal cancelled. The first time was "missing payment information" the second time was "external provider issue" I've contacted my bank as the external source and they have no record of any withdrawal to my account being attempted. I've now said to grancasino of you wish to play around let's withdraw to a legitimate crypto wallet that will have no issues at all.


Please find attached the screenshot to say it was cancelled and the screenshot to say that they have processed my crypto withdrawal only for it to still be sat there waiting for them to cancel it.



Raging I am. I've been scammed before and can't believe I've been caught again.

They don't allow you to verify on your account it just says no need to verify I wanted to be fully verified tried straight away fileplease find attached their latest response to me begrudgingly I did as they asked.

The crypto withdrawal was their suggestion because the bank wasn't working. My bank have no knowledge of any payment going to them so as far as I'm concerned it didn't even get sent to me.

I just want to confirm after me relentlessly not giving up with them they have paid me. I have received the full amount and I am surprised I no longer require assistance.
