The player from United States has tried to redeem advertised bonus without being successful. Unfortunately, after gathering all the necessary information we ended up rejecting this complaint us unjustified.

Signed up with Bonus offer from email. Started playing and realized Bonus offer wasn’t added. Contacted chat and nothing was offered and told that bonus wasn’t valid- keep in mind I got the offer I’m email 30 minutes prior to playing. Scam!! Fraudulent site! BEWARE

Have you deposited any funds into your account, or it has been a No Deposit bonus? Have you redeemed any promotional offers in this casino in the past?

I was sent an email regarding a Bonus to activate with a deposit of at least $30. I deposited $50 and started playing. Noticed Bonus wasn't added in and contacted them. I was told this bonus was no longer active. I supplied them with email they sent me and was told No help was offered. Terrible Customer Service!!

If you’ve been advised that the bonus offer was no longer active, one of the possible explanations is that it has been sent to you by a third party, not the casino itself.

The casino accepts no responsibility for bonuses advertised by external sources such as affiliated sites or forums.

As I mentioned earlier, we can’t penalize the casino for not giving you a bonus automatically. Please understand that there’s not much we can do for you in this matter.
