Trying to cash out $4000, completed KYC successfully and provided all requested documents. Have only deposited with Bitcoin so was only able to withdraw with Bitcoin. It has been stuck in pending for 48 hours even though the live chat has said they have approved the transaction. When I’ve asked for the transaction ID they have said I need to ask my provider?? They have referred to me checking my Coinspaid account (I don’t have a coinspaid account, never have). I simply requested a withdraw to my wallet like I do on every casino. I keep getting generic canned responses saying they have transferred it to the right department, for them to tell me again that it has been approved and I need to check with my wallet provider…Whilst still refusing to provide me a TXID for me to check on the blockchain.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.
